Rising Stars Montessori follows a three term calendar and will close during April, August and December school Holidays.

We offer a Holiday programme during these months which will be at an extra cost. Please feel free to contact us regarding any questions pertaining our school holiday programme.

Our daily schedule begins at 8am sharp with morning ring followed by our first work cycle up until 10:20 when we prepare for snack time.

Our second work cycle will be held every Monday and Tuesday at 11:55. On a Monday, the children have the opportunity to show us their show and tell related to the weekly theme and on a Tuesday, they will have the opportunity to show their peers their news books where they can discuss what they did in the week prior. This second work cycle assists children by teaching them how to communicate, teaches them confidence and leadership qualities.

Story time will commence at 11:55 and lunch will be served at 12:00. A healthy hot lunch will be provided on the property where we will try our best to cater for your dietary needs.

Nap/Quiet time is followed at 12:30 until 14:15. Children are required to bring their own blankets and pillows for the week which will be returned home every Friday for cleaning.

A healthy snack is provided to all remaining children at 14:30 followed by aftercare free play.

9:45 – Class Work (Colouring, Work Books, Cutting, Art)

10:20 – Toilet, Wash up, Sunblock

10:30 – Snack time

11:00 – Play Time

11:45 – Pack Away, Wash up.

11:55 – Story Time/ Class Discussion of weekly theme / News book

12:00 – Home Time (Half Day Without Lunch)/ Lunch Time

12:30 – Home Time (Half-Day With Lunch)/ Nap Time

14:15 – Wake Up Time

14:30 – Snack Time

14:45 – Play Time

15:00 – Home Time (Three-Quarter Day)

15:30 – Play Time

17:30 – Home Time (Full Day)
