At Rising Stars Montessori pre-primary school, we offer a safe and loving environment for each child to grow in their own unique way in a one on one education. Following the Montessori philosophy, the children develop physically, spiritually, socially, intellectually, and emotionally with confidence at their own pace allowing their young enquiring minds to flourish.
Our school day starts at 08.00 sharp with continuous fun and work flow. Our doors open at 07.15 until 12.30 followed by aftercare which is available from 12.30 until 17.30 where children have the opportunity to explore their surroundings under supervision daily.
Our unique small classes of 6 children per class allows us to offer a high standard and the one on one attention helps us achieve our goal of producing respectful, loving, happy and well balanced children who grow at their own pace.
We believe that the preschool phase of ages three to six years of age is the most critical time as children use their “absorbent mind” and develop their own intuition. Children in this phase learn and absorb using their senses during this sensitive period of growth and development. These children have a great desire to learn, grow and work with the aid of the classroom environment and the unique equipment.
Each class of mixed ages is well structured, calm and aesthetically appealing with great potential for education and knowledge in each corner. This encourages children to build strong bonds with children of all ages, eliminates competition as each child learns at their own pace and teaches peer to peer interaction while the child goes through their own social, intellectual and emotional development.
